The Nonprofit Management Certificate Program consists of eight full-day sessions, providing in-depth instruction on key components of nonprofit operations. Priddy Institute for Nonprofit Leadership
The Institute is based on an interactive team approach, led by national speakers and consultants with board and fund development expertise. This two-and-a-half-day intensive will provide the building blocks to: Help your organization assess its strengths and weaknesses and explore strategies for implementing desired change;
Re-engage existing board members and develop a plan for continuous quality board recruitment; and, Teach participants how to build the framework for a dynamic fund development plan. Participants in the Institute will also benefit from individual consulting sessions provided by one of four nonprofit specialists. These consultants will work privately with your organization to answer questions and address concerns specific to your organization. (Invitation Only)
Board Essentials
Every March we host Nonprofit Board Essentials.
- Session 1 includes Basic Responsibilities of Nonprofit Boards, Legal & Fiduciary Responsibilities and the IRS Form 990.
- Session 2 includes Governance vs. Management, Fundraising and Resource Development.
