The nonprofit management minor program always seeks nonprofits to participate in student service learning opportunities. 

If you are a nonprofit with a paid Executive Director, file a long Form 990 each year, and have at least 8-10 hours of volunteer opportunities for students, you may qualify to have an MSU student assigned to your organization for a semester.
